Individual Therapy
Offering individual therapy for adults working on a variety of issues. Includes both solution-focused brief therapy and long-term therapy depending on the client’s goals and desire for change. Therapy can provide both support and guidance on improving oneself, increasing coping skills, and processing life experiences.

Couples Therapy
Offering therapy for couples in all kinds of partner relationships. Includes premarital counseling. When you have both tried everything you know to try, speaking with a therapist can provide needed perspective, strategies and skills while improving connection and communication between the two of you so you can better navigate the storms of life.

Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy is for all the other non-romantic relationships that may benefit from therapy. Improving communication and resolving issues can go far to improve tensions and challenges. Here are a few of the types of relationships served by relationship therapy:
- Adult children and parent(s)
- Adult Siblings
- Coworkers
- Friends
- Extended family relationships

Individual Couples Therapy
When a couple needs therapy, and one partner is unable to attend due to reasons such as business travel, illness, military deployment, or is unwilling and refusing to go to therapy, the partner that does want to work on the relationship can still benefit from couples therapy. One person doing things differently may make a difference in restoring connection, improving communication, and breathing life back into the relationship.

Answers to Your Questions
Do you see clients in person?
I do not currently see clients face-to-face. This is a telehealth-only practice, so I see all clients virtually through video conferencing. The benefits of telehealth include that I can serve clients at their convenience all over the state of Georgia.
Do you see children or teens?
Based on clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and teens through the pandemic via telehealth, I have decided to focus my private practice on adults only, ages 18+.
How do I fill out the client paperwork?
Everything is paperless! Through the client portal, the forms are all online. The portal is HIPAA-compliant with bank-level security and HITRUST certified. If you would prefer to review the forms ahead of time, please send an email request to info@relationshiptherapy.us and I’m happy to email PDFs.
Do you take insurance?
No, I do not currently take insurance. This is a self-pay only practice. If you would like to file your own insurance claim, you can access a SuperBill through the client portal.
What payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, debit cards, FSA, and HSA cards are accepted for payment through the client portal when the appointment is scheduled. The client portal is accessible on the Appointments page which also includes step-by-step instructions.
What equipment do I need for telehealth sessions?
It’s as simple as an email address, and a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Once you log in to the client portal and set up an appointment. You’ll be sent a ZOOM link for your video telehealth session. You’ll need to download the ZOOM app. Then, on the day and time of your session, simply click on the video link to join the session.
