Services
Individual Therapy
Offering individual therapy for adults working on a variety of issues. Includes both solution-focused brief therapy and long-term therapy depending on the client’s goals and desire for change. Therapy can provide both support and guidance on improving oneself, increasing coping skills, and processing life experiences.
Couples Therapy
Offering therapy for couples in all kinds of intimate partner relationships: couples counseling, couples therapy, marriage counseling, and marriage therapy – also includes premarital counseling.
When you have both tried everything you know to try, speaking with a therapist can provide needed perspective, strategies and skills while improving connection and communication between the two of you so you can better navigate the storms of life – together.
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy is for all the other non-romantic relationships that may benefit from therapy. Improving communication and resolving issues can go far to improve tensions and challenges. Here are a few of the types of relationships served by relationship therapy:
- Adult children and parent(s)
- Adult Siblings
- Coworkers
- Friends
- Extended family relationships
Individual Couples Therapy
When a couple needs therapy, and one partner is unable to attend due to reasons such as business travel, illness, military deployment, or is unwilling and refusing to go to therapy, the partner that does want to work on the relationship can still benefit from couples therapy.
One person doing things differently may make a difference in restoring connection, improving communication, and breathing life back into the relationship.

FAQ: Answers to Your Questions
Do you see clients in person at an office?
I do not see clients face-to-face in person. This is a telehealth-only online therapy practice. All clients are seen virtually through video conferencing with ZOOM. Check out our Make an Appointment page for more information on our telehealth services.
Do you see children, adolescents or teens?
Based on my clinical telehealth experience working with children, adolescents, and teens through the pandemic, I have decided to focus my private practice on adults only, age 18+.
What about paperwork?
Everything in our practice is paperless!
Through our client portal, the forms are all online and your information is secured through HIPAA-compliant bank-level security and HITRUST certifications.
- If you'd like to review our HIPAA practice policies online, click here: HIPAA-Privacy Policy
- For a PDF hardcopy of the HIPAA form, practice policies, and consent forms, please send a request to info@relationshiptherapy.us.
Do you accept or bill insurance?
Yes! I am in-network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
For other insurers, I am considered "out of network." However, you may file your own claim directly. Through the client portal, you will be able to access and download a "SuperBill" that you may submit to your insurer.
I also offer self-pay as an option, and accept all major credit cards, PayPal, FSA & HSA accounts.
Medicare - Due to federal limitations, as a licensed marriage & family therapist, I am not able to bill for or provide Medicare services. Here is a link outside this website to more information: https://www.aamft.org/Advocacy/Medicare.aspx
What payments do you accept?
All major credit cards, debit cards, FSA, and HSA cards are accepted for payment through the client portal when the appointment is scheduled.
If you would prefer to use PayPal, please contact us to arrange PayPal payment.
What equipment do I need for telehealth?
It's as simple as an email address, and a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll be sent a ZOOM link for your video telehealth session.
